My Story
I’m a Mezcal loving protagonist who fell in love with cocktails a decade ago after sipping my first Naked and Famous at a Mezcal popup in ATL!
Now I curiously navigate through spices, local fruit, fermentations, and herbs to tell my story with cocktails. Maybe it’s my adolescent obsession with Basquiat or my impulsive need for chaos, but I love balancing contradicting flavors and creating eccentric libations.
My time in South East Asia was a significant inspiration, most memorably, Chiang Mai. Their bartenders use local produce, aromatic savory ingredients, and bright flavors when crafting cocktails.
Dope artists, hoopers, & bartenders from my travels have all influenced my craft. As an Audience Researcher, I've always been fascinated by the liberation of human behavior and our journey to individuality.

“Cannot recommend this experience enough! Surprised my boyfriend for Christmas and ended up meeting 3 other couples where the girlfriend had done the same which was hilarious. The company was wonderful, Nicky was super chill and so knowledgeable about everything. Making your own cocktail was so much fun with getting to choose your own stuff and make it your own, but Nicky was always there to help and answer any questions.
